If you’re not satisfied with our products for any reason AND you made the purchase directly through us or any of our brands, all you have to do is send us an email from the same email you used during checkout within 30 days of your purchase date with the words “Refund Request” in the subject line, and we’ll give you a complete refund. No questions asked. See full details below.
This excludes any and all services, events and any shipping and handling fees where we DO NOT provide a refund, for any reason, hence there is a no refund policy for these items.
We also do not refund monthly subscriptions after the 30 days, however, you can cancel your membership and recurring billing at any time but this may result in immediate lock out of such content. No exceptions.
All free trials will automatically be billed at the stated price, unless canceled during the trial period.
Eligible returns will be credited back to the payment method used to make the original purchase. No exceptions.
